Micron Manufacturing uses a specially selected Amada Laser cutting system which is designed with the flexibility for the high-mix, low volume production environment of the Australian sheet metal industry.

We have also invested in the latest Fiber laser Turret punch Combination machine which allows for high speed fiber laser cutting, punching, forming taping as well as other process expansions such as V-grooving all in one machine.

Our machines feature quick setup, easy material loading, high quality edge finish, automated loading and unloading which allows for high throughput of scratch free parts.

We have the capability to process a wide range of materials including mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum.
